Professional Background
Mr. Lee is a Manager with Applied Economics LLC, providing business valuation and transfer pricing services. Mr. Lee performs a variety of corporate finance and business valuation services, including business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment analyses, fairness opinions, debt, equity and preferred stock valuations, option pricings, ESOP valuations, family limited partnerships, machinery and equipment appraisals, and valuations of intangible assets.
Education and Professional Affiliations
Mr. Lee holds a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma. Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Georgia College and State University, where he was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Lee holds the Charter Financial Analyst® designation administered by the CFA Institute and holds the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) from the American Society of Appraisers. Mr. Lee serves as the President of the Atlanta chapter of the Kenan-Flagler Business School Alumni Club, where he leads Atlanta alumni in fundraising and community service.
