I have carried out asset appraisals and disposals of plant and machinery throughout the UK, Europe, America^s, Asia and Africa on behalf of asset based lenders, insolvency practitioners, accountants, banks, corporate clients, private clients, insurance brokers, lawyers and solicitors.
Responsibilities include:
• The provision of plant and machinery services for secured lending and disposal purposes;
• Advising Banks and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners with regards to plant and machinery insolvency/corporate recovery situations;
• Providing pre-lend advice on Market Values, residual values and suitability for lending to assist in the management of risk;
• The valuation of assets for financial purposes for presentation in accounts;
• Carrying out valuations in accordance with ASA and RICS Red Book valuation definitions and guidelines.
