I have a substantial valuation experience focusing on start up, middle market, mature, and distressed companies across variety of industries. In the last 3.5 years, I have valued close to 700 companies, the results of which is a key factor in my employer^s lending decision process. I have been also involved in variety of tax restructuring valuation projects as part of my Big 4 valuation experience and have provided multiple valuation trainings on DLOM, DLOC, Pass through Entities, Valuation Methods and Approaches. I am very passionate in what I do on a daily basis and continue my valuation quest, now specializing in valuation for litigation and gift and estate purposes.
