I created CJP Appraisal Services, LLC out of my passion for real estate. I have committed myself to assisting individuals and companies to make well informed decisions when buying or selling their properties for residential and commercial properties.
My passion for real estate grew beyond residential properties and expanded to appraising commercial property (ie: mixed-use, multi-unit apartment buildings, houses of worship, vacant commercial land, day care centers, and storefronts/offices) in conjunction with a certified general real estate appraiser, as well as beyond lender work (purchases and refinances). I’m always thinking what new skill set can I add to better assist existing and new clients.
