George B. Hawkins, ASA, ABV, CFA, is President of Banister Financial, Inc., a Charlotte, North Carolina based leading business valuation firm valuing businesses and business interests throughout the United States but with an emphasis on the Southeastern portion of the country.

- Over 35 years of experience in the valuation of companies, partnerships in hundreds of industry groupings through the United States, ranging in size from small and “middle market” entities to multi-billion national and international enterprises.
- Valuation expertise for all types of needs including (among others) purchase or sale, estate, gift and other tax planning and gift/estate tax returns, equitable distribution, buy-sell and other shareholder agreements, valuation disputes.
