I specialize in compensation valuation and perform fair market value and commercial reasonableness analyses for physician practice groups, hospitals, and health systems throughout the country. My areas of expertise and special interest are rural healthcare, qui tam support, and compliance and compensation governance.

I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Tennessee. Additionally, I am also Accredited in Business Valuation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers.
