Quinn Shearer is a Managing Director in Valuation & Transaction Advisory Services of GA Group. Mr. Shearer has practiced business valuation since 2006 with a specialization in the valuation of domestic and international businesses, joint ventures, private equity interests, and intellectual property for both publicly traded as well as privately held companies. These valuation engagements have been performed for a variety of purposes including financial reporting, federal tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, investment analysis, and corporate planning and strategy.
Mr. Shearer is also the past Chair of the Bobby Dodd Institute, a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta offering business services, programs, and consulting services for individuals with disabilities. The business services provide an economic engine that drives the mission forward, while simultaneously creating job opportunities for people of all abilities. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2015.
