Mr. Regis’s experience stems from his tenure at Columbia Financial Advisors, Inc., where he is currently responsible for a number of appraisal engagements, including appraisals for ESOP purposes. During his tenure at BV Advisors, LLC, he serviced a broad range of engagements and disciplines, including appraisals for mergers and acquisitions, tax reorganizations, gift and estate planning and transfer price valuation services in accordance with OECD Guidelines and under Section 482 and regulations thereunder. His appraisal experience includes all aspects of appraisal engagements including Client Company due diligence, and valuation approaches and methodologies. Mr. Regis has a broad-based, multi-discipline experience level, particularly with regard to pass through entities and applicable discounts associated with control of both minority and non-voting interests. Mr. Regis is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers designated in Business Valuation.
