Lindsay M. Baublitz is a Principal with SC&H Capital, a subsidiary of the certified public accounting firm of SC&H Group, Inc. Ms. Baublitz specializes in providing business valuation services for ESOP transactions, annual ESOP updates, financial reporting, and estate and gift purposes. She also provides sell-side M&A advisory services. Prior to joining SC&H in 2012, Ms. Baublitz worked as a Listed Derivatives Analyst at Morgan Stanley and later as a Business Analyst for an employee-owned engineering firm.
In addition to her role at SC&H, Ms. Baublitz is the former owner of an e-commerce business that specializes in home décor products. Her role included online marketing, accounting, human resources, graphic design, and strategic growth initiatives before she sold the business in 2020. She has first-hand experience with all aspects of running and selling a small business, providing a unique perspective that translates to her business valuation career.
