Mr. Nechay has participated in over 500 valuation engagements that include both formal business valuation and transaction advisory services for healthcare entities and facilities. Mr. Nechay is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant with the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants. Mr. Nechay earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach and routinely performs valuations and fair market value appraisals throughout the country.
