I have been providing valuation and transfer pricing consulting services for over 10 years. I have provided specialized valuation consulting services to public and private companies around the world specifically delivering hundreds of engagements for private companies, public companies, investment funds, and high net worth individuals to value intangible assets, equity, debt, cryptocurrencies, and other instruments for a variety of market, tax, and financial reporting purposes.
My focus is on the provision of valuation services for both tax and financial reporting purposes, including tangible and intangible assets, common share and option valuations, purchase price allocations, trust and estates matters, and cryptocurrencies. In addition, I provide transfer pricing documentation and tax planning studies and services to multinationals (“MNE”) and have assisted in transfer pricing and valuation tax controversies, primarily in Israel and the U.S. I have worked with both large MNEs and startup companies around the globe. Both I as well as Oxford Valuation Partners have developed unique expertise in valuing private companies, instruments, and securities related to the cryptocurrency field.
Prior to his valuation work, I was a trader on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. I have researched and traded various types of financial instruments on the international markets, including stocks, futures, options, bonds, and derivatives. I have worked on hundreds of valuations and transfer pricing projects and have experience in multiple industries, with strong working knowledge on projects in the hi-technology, software, pharmaceutical, real estate, and medical industries.
