Ankit is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and is a Tangible Asset Valuation Specialist (Plant, Machinery and Equipment and all categories of Movable Assets) after having over 7 years experience in data analysis, site inspections, market research, valuation modelling (using cost approach, market approach, income approach) and valuation report writing across various sectors such as mining, oil and gas, food and beverage, transportation (shipping, air-transport), automobile, agricultural, power and utilities, telecommunications, infrastructure, manufacturing, hospitality and public service sectors for a range of purposes including expert witness, personal relationship dissolution lending, financial reporting, impairment, tax compliance, purchase price allocations, mergers & acquisitions, insurance & insolvency/ bankruptcy. He has had prior global experience of over 12 years in asset management, project management and real-estate consulting services.
