Shannon Lowther is the founder and Managing Partner of Central Pacific Valuation. She specializes in the valuation of closely held businesses and equity interests for tax reporting, transaction, and related advisory purposes.
Shannon has 25 years of full-time business valuation experience. Her practice focuses on the valuation of closely held business interests, including controlling and non-controlling equity interests, for gift and estate tax reporting (including Internal Revenue Service Forms 706 and 709), transaction planning, and litigation support for settlement and mediation purposes.
She has performed valuations for a wide range of entities, including privately held operating companies, holding companies, and investment entities, across a variety of industries. Shannon serves clients throughout California and nationally.
Prior to founding Central Pacific Valuation, Shannon was a Director in the valuation practices of Grant Thornton LLP in both San Francisco and London. Earlier in her career, she worked in the valuation practices of KPMG LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
