Also responsible for managing annual appraisals for the Canadian Universities Reciprocal Insurance Exchange, Canadian Airports Reciprocal Insurance Exchange, Fairmont Hotels International, City of Vancouver and other municipalities, and Dream office and commercial real estate portfolio, among others. Additionally, I have appraised a wide variety of tangible assets in the following industries: various manufacturing plants, power generation, forestry products, and shipping and receiving fleets and depots.
