Mr. Keizer has been performing business valuations since 2020, having previously worked in banking regulation and within the internal audit function of a regional bank. He has performed valuations for many purposes including gift and estate related projects, internal transfers of ownership, option grants, maritial dissolutions, and tax and financial reporting. Mr. Keizer has experience valuing equity interests in a wide variety of industries, as well as debt securities and promissory notes.
