Amber Widener is Director of Business Valuation at Seidel Schroeder and has extensive valuation experience having performed hundreds of enterprise and equity interest appraisals in conjunction with gift and estate planning, business transactions, ESOP, litigation, divorce, and lending purposes for entities in a broad range of industries.
Her previous experience includes public audit practice, small business accounting and tax preparation. She also served as an accounting and finance instructor for the University of Arkansas.
Amber is accredited by the American Institute of CPAs in Business Valuation and is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. She is a presenter of various valuation topics to attorneys, CPAs, business owners, and college students.
