Meenal Aggarwal is a Principal with Groots Valuation LLC specializing in the valuation of business entities, complex securities, and intangible assets. Prior to joining Groots Valuation LLC, she was employed as a Manager in the Business Valuation Group at Deloitte.

Meenal has a wide range of experience managing and executing numerous engagements, including financial reporting valuations for ASC 815, ASC 820, ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 360, ASC 852, ASC 718, IRC 409A, ASU 2009-13, and IFRS 3 purposes. She also has experience reviewing third-party valuation specialist financial models and narrative reports to ensure compliance with AICPA, financial reporting, and tax guidance. Meenal has served clients in various industries including media and entertainment, technology, cannabis, retail, biotechnology, life sciences, and real estate. Meenal received her Master in Business Administration in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
