| Gerardo works in corporate finance, business valuation and M&A projects, in both, as a partner of G/L Expert SA de CV and as an associated partner of Delac Advisory SC in Mexico. Gerardo collaborated for ten years in Deloitte Mexico’s Financial Advisory Services, and participated in: - More than 70 business valuation projects including valuation of stock shares participations, and intangible assets valuations.
- More than 50 projects of business valuation for accounting purposes (PPAs), either as advisor of the companies or as part of the auditing team.
- More than 170 projects of BV for impairment analysis.
- More than 100 clients attended on those collaborations.
