- Reorganized the maintenance operations, cutting costs in 20% and increasing availability in 8pp;
- Introduced the Agusta AW139 helicopter into operation in Latin America;
- Organized the maintenance and supply chain trough the PETROBRAS PEOTRAM standards program for suppliers, increasing SENIOR rate in 46pp;
- Managed the inclusion of 3 new helicopters (AW139) to the fleet (33% growth) never used before in the South Americas – including its certification, supply chain planning, transportation and all related issues;
- Responsible for negotiation of supply chain contracts and administration of company´s fleet – budget of US$ 20.000.000,00/year;
