Juliette B. Pearson is an expert in energy portfolios and asset valuations in corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, & divestments, fairness opinions, estate planning, and financial reporting (purchase price allocations). With more than 25 years of experience in valuation advisory and reservoir engineering, she brings a unique combination of technical, commercial, and financial acumen to clients navigating complex acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic decision-making.
Juliette’s valuation advises a broad spectrum (conventional and unconventional) upstream, midstream, downstream, and oilfield services in the oil and gas industry, as well as renewables, power, and utilities. She has supported both public and private companies with valuations for regulatory compliance, financial reporting (ASC 805), tax planning, and strategic transactions.
Before founding JBP Consulting LLC, Juliette held senior leadership roles with energy companies and internationally recognized professional services, including Senior Vice President at Stout, Manager at EY, and Senior Business Development at Mitsui. Her technical foundation was built through senior reservoir engineering and commercial roles at BP, CNRL, and Australis Energy, giving her a deep understanding of asset economics, operational value drives, and capital allocation across the energy value chain.
Juliette currently serves as Director on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Appraisers (ASA, Houston Chapter).
