He has advised clients on a wide range of engagements including financial reporting, tax compliance, shareholder disputes, M&A transactions, ESOPs, SBA lending, estate and gift tax planning, and litigation support. His expertise spans advanced financial modeling, including option pricing and binomial lattice models, with work audited by both international and regional accounting firms. He holds dual accreditations: Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and provides valuation services across industries such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, construction, and professional practices.
Mr. Verma has completed over 500 409A valuations from seed stage to IPO and is well-versed in Estate & Gift tax valuations, SBA loan compliance, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment, and derivative valuation. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, its Forensic and Valuation Services (FVS) Section, and the American Society of Appraisers, including its International Virtual Chapter. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University and an MBA, and continues to contribute to the valuation profession through leadership and technical expertise.
