Chartered Valuation Surveyor (MRICS), admitted by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors through the Senior Professional route in the Valuation of Entities and Intangible Assets pathway. Finance professional with over 20 years of experience in Brazilian financial and capital markets, with a focus on M&A, Structured Finance and Valuation.
Before founding CBG, served for more than a decade as a valuation partner at a global audit and consulting firm, where he built and led the Corporate Finance practice of the Brazilian member firm, advising a wide range of local and international clients across business valuation, purchase price allocation, intangible assets, real estate and financial instruments.
Economist graduated from IBMEC, with an extension in Corporate Finance from London Business School and postgraduate studies at Alliance Manchester Business School (University of Manchester), UK. Board Director (Diretor Vogal) of the Rio de Janeiro Chapter of the Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives (IBEF-RJ) and member of the Energy and Energy Transition Council of the Rio de Janeiro Commercial Association (ACRJ).
