My primary work involves measuring economic damages in commercial litigation cases. I have testified as an expert witness in Federal Court and State Court. My litigation experience includes intellectual property, breach of contract, defamation, and business valuation issues, among others. In addition, I have considerable experience in business valuation and appraisal services for mergers and acquisitions, gift and estate taxes, employee stock plans (ESOP), financial reporting, charitable contributions, SBA loans. I also spent a number of years in the financial services industry as an analyst, originator, loan officer, and underwriter. My education includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an Emphasis in Finance, and a Master of Public Administration degree.
