Paul specializes in plant and equipment appraisals for mid-to-large industrial plants and facilities. With more than 28 years of experience, Paul has delivered valuation and appraisal services on fixed assets throughout Canada.
Paul’s extensive list of valuation services includes insurance and loss settlement, transactions, impairment testing, secured lending, purchase price allocations, financial accounting, financing, corporate restructuring, fixed asset inventory and reconciliation services. As well as, fixed asset valuation services, which includes, valuations, physical verification, estimation of useful lives and componentization costing services.
Paul was certified by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) in 1997. He obtained his Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) designation in 2010. Paul has the distinction of being one of the first local appraisers in Hong Kong to perform valuations in the Greater China Region since 1991.
