Oleksandr is a member of EY's Valuation, Modelling and Economics Group where he provides valuation services to clients in Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa, Canada, and the US. Oleksandr has over 15 years of valuation experience spanning the agricultural, mining and metal, oil and gas, manufacturing, energy, and telecommunication industries. Through his work, he has developed an extensive knowledge of international accounting and valuation standards specializing in valuation for financial and reporting purposes (US GAAP and IFRS), mergers and acquisitions, asset-based lending, lease accounting valuation advisory, incremental borrowing rate estimation (IFRS 16 and ASC 842), asset retirement obligation estimation, tax valuations, liquidation, and insurance. Oleksandr speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
