Stephen has been a member of the Appraisers Association of America and certified in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) since 1999. With over 30 years’ experience and a Master’s Degree in Art History from the University of Georgia, Stephen has been a private consultant since 1978 for many national museums as well as private clients. He has also served as an art historian and cataloger for the New Orleans Auction Galleries and the Napoleonic Society of America.
