He is a Vice President with CBRE Valuation Advisory Services in the Industrial, Agribusiness, Land and Natural Resources Group, Litigation Support & Dispute Analysis, Marina Services and Multifamily Group.
The Industrial, Agribusiness, Land and Natural Resources Group specializes in agricultural cropland, permanent plantings, food processing, bottling and cold storage, nursery, greenhouse and hydroponics, feed mix operations, vineyards and wineries, fish farms, water rights, wind, solar and ethanol production and quarry, mineral and mining extractions.
The Litigation Support & Dispute Analysis practice provides expert consulting and advisory services for real estate-based legal challenges. We help clients with proper scoping of the dispute, provide industry-leading research, identify and analyze relevant strategies and damages theories, and provide proven case preparation. In addition to consulting, our team offers a full suite of traditional, unbiased expert witness valuation and market analysis services.
The Marina Services group specializes in recreational marine facilities, port and harbor operations, dry docks and cargo inspection facilities, boat dealerships and repair. The Multifamily Group includes market rate and rent restricted facilities, student housing, RV, MHP and campgrounds.
Daniel continuously excels at providing world-class advisory, consultation and valuation services. Assignments have been completed on numerous high-profile properties with clients that include multinational corporations, REITS, national lenders and law firms. Prior to joining CBRE, Daniel was the CEO of Lee & Associates Valuation and Advisory Services, a national commercial appraisal firm. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, he was a Senior Managing Director of Grubb & Ellis Landauer responsible for the southeastern US, a Senior Director with Cushman and Wakefield and an Executive Managing Director with Colliers International.
