Member Details

An experienced personal property appraiser, Frances Zeman, FASA is a Fellow and Life Member of ASA with four accreditations and has held positions on several national and international working committees.  She holds a B.S. degree and an M.A. degree in art history, has taught many courses for ASA and is an instructor for Principles of Valuation courses at several university sites. She has been qualified by the courts,  maintains a national appraisal practice with locations on the east and west coasts, is able to travel for assignments and to manage complex appraisal assignments across disciplines. Expertise is broad, with a concentration in the fine arts. Office locations include New York, San francisco and Portland, OR
