Neil has extensive experience in plant and machinery valuations and asset management, having been engaged in every conceivable area of non-real property assets. Throughout his career Neil has worked with businesses of all sizes and in the most challenging of economic and market conditions. With a depth of expertise advising and delivering solutions to a diverse range of client, Neil has been committed to the provision of professional and tailored valuation and asset management services for over 25 years.
Neil’s reputation stems from his ability to ask the right questions, understand the dynamics of the market, and to make an assessment of all the external factors that may impact the ultimate value of an asset. As a result he has retained a loyal base of National clients including Consultants, Accountants and Australia’s largest Financial Institutions and Banks.
Background
Having worked in a variety of roles throughout the industry, Neil started his career as a Stock and Station Agent before transitioning to Plant and Machinery valuation roles in some of Australia’s most recognised companies such as Dominion, Pickles, Hymans, GE Capital Finance. Neil’s first hand knowledge of having worked with a major finance company brings a level of understanding to Valuations and Asset Management that is unique.
