- Restructuring valuations done for analyzing collateral value, performing recovery analyses, establishing fair value for fresh-start accounting and estimating going-concern value to support plans of reorganization.
- Valuations for litigation support and shareholder disputes, including preparing retrospective solvency opinions (with balance sheet, cash flow and capital adequacy tests) to support fraudulent conveyance claims and quantifying economic damages through lost business value or economic profit.

- Fair market value assessments of pharmaceutical wholesaler, GPO, retail chain and PBM service fees to support pharmaceutical manufacturers with government price reporting requirements (four-part, bona fide service fee test).
- Conduct pharmaceutical-based, portfolio business plan reviews (injectables, branded-generic, and biosimilars) and prepare product-level forecasts to support C-level management with commercial due diligence and capital budgeting.
