Mr. Kutcher is a Vice President working at Kroll. He has extensive experience with all aspects of the business valuation process including industry research, financial statement analysis, application of the valuation approaches, and report composition.
Mr. Kutcher has prepared over a thousand business valuations for various purposes. Mr. Kutcher has appraised a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, SaaS-based businesses, government contractors, retail locations, daycares, and healthcare-related services. Mr. Kutcher has been active in the valuation profession since 2018.
Mr. Kutcher earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The College of New Jersey, where he graduated magna cum laude in only three years’ time. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and was a NACVA 30 Under Thirty honoree in 2022. Mr. Kutcher is a member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
