I have undertaken numerous assignments involving valuations and purchase price allocations for a broad range of small and medium-sized companies in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology media and telecommunications.
My valuation experience consists mainly of business and intangible valuations. I have also done real estate and debt related valuation as well as valuation support for impairment testing, transfer pricing and tax & legal related engagements.
In addition, I have in the past advised several clients in the Nordics as well as internationally in buy-side due diligence projects as well as sell side projects, SPA advice, restructuring assignments and carve-outs.
I am located in Helsinki Finland doing IVS and IPEV valuations only.
