As a trained and experienced professional appraiser, he assists individuals and businesses in the Milwaukee-Chicago area and Midwest region.
Mr. Turner has a Master of Science degree in fine art, has worked in the Oriental rug trade, is skilled in the repair, reweaving, and conservation of textiles, is a member of the Chicago Oriental Rug and Textile Society and has taught and lectured on the subject of Oriental rugs.
