Andre Sutherland offers a strong understanding of transactions, restructuring, private equity, valuations, auditing and accounting to clients. His education and experience presents a well-rounded skill set and high degree of professionalism.
Prior to joining PCE, Andre worked for one of the “Big 4.” He specialized in transaction and restructuring, serving as lead engagement team member for valuation assignments of private equity interests. Within this role, Andre performed corporate restructuring, business reorganization and financial due diligence work and developed financial and valuation models.
Andre also worked in an auditing function for the firm. He acted as the in-charge accountant on financial statements audits completed for financial services, real estate investment and manufacturing companies. In addition to knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS), Andre is also well versed in income analysis, and financial statements review.
