Sharyl David is an expert at business valuation and financial advisory, having performed more than 1,500 valuations. She helps business owners and their professional advisers understand the value of an entire company, or of an individual or entity’s ownership in a company. The valuations are done for a variety of reasons, including mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift reporting, corporate planning, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP^s), and long-term incentive plans. She has presented at numerous conferences and seminars on the subjects of valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and related topics including value drivers, and compensation structures and its effect on value. Sharyl is also an expert on employee stock ownership and is a member of the National Valuation Advisory Committee for the ESOP Association.
