Nitin is a highly skilled professional with over 7 years of experience in conducting plant and machinery valuations for a range of purposes, including loan security, insurance, mergers & acquisition and financial reporting. He is also competent in carrying out asset register compilation & reconciliation and asset verification. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the valuation of assets in across a wide variety of industry sectors. As a mechanical engineer, Nitin has previously worked at a capacity of an operations and maintenance engineer and has a strong technical background for leading the corrective and preventive maintenance of power plant machinery and auxiliaries.
Over the span of his career, Nitin has completed more than four hundred valuation assignments spread across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Bahrain.
