Jasper worked in financial advisory (due diligence, mergers & acquisitions and valuation) for more than 15 years, mainly for international (top 10) accountancy firms. In the first six years, experience has been obtained in the field of due diligence and restructurings working for both Mazars and BDO. After completing the Executive Master business valuation, experience has been obtained in the field of M&A and valuations in the context of restructurings, disputes and financial reporting. The clients include (listed) international companies, private equity firms and companies active in the SME sector in a very wide range of industries.
Jasper holds a Master’s (MSc) degree, is Register Valuator (RV) and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA). He is teacher of the executive Master Business Valuation and proctoring students by advising them on their reports. Furthermore, courses about valuations in the field of mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations and impairment calculations are given regularly.
