Seth E. Webber, CFA, ASA, CBA, AVA
Since joining BerryDunn in 2007, Seth has brought his combination of valuation, consulting, and operations skills to bear for his clients, helping them navigate difficult questions related to business valuation. As head of the Valuation Group, he leads a diverse team of valuation experts that draws on the deep resources of BerryDunn to help clients address their needs.
Seth is also heavily involved in working with clients to define and execute transition plans, including valuations relating to ESOPs, management buyouts, sales, and gifting. He also provides expert witness services on business valuation, economic damages, loss profits to clients and attorneys.
Seth holds a MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Responsible for Profit and Loss of a $7M revenue business with 65 full and part time employees. Turned around struggling campus by rationalizing cost structure, improving program administration, replacing admissions staff, and reallocating marketing dollars to improve key metrics.
• Landmark Communications, Inc., Norfolk, VA – New Ventures Director for Acquisitions for Landmark Education Services, Inc.
Led all aspects of acquisition efforts, including sourcing opportunities and due diligence. Created long-range plan for company to attain a four-fold increase in EBITDA through acquisitions, organic growth, and improving existing performance.

Developed and refined several tools to assist companies across the mergers and acquisitions spectrum.
