Mr. Nash has been involved in the appraisal profession since 1992. He has participated in numerous business valuation engagements covering a wide range of business segments including construction companies, manufacturing companies, law practices, limited partnerships, medical practices, service companies, and various retail businesses. Valuation engagement purposes include ESOP and other employee plans, estate and gift taxes, stock acquisitions, mergers, litigation and others. He has also evaluated economic loss suffered by individuals in wrongful death and personal injury cases and has been involved in a wide array of other financial analysis and consulting activities for clients.
