Sean O’Reilly is a Partner leading CFGI^s Valuation Services practice. Sean works with business owners, CFOs, investors and attorneys to solve their complex and critical valuation needs. Our valuations are used for financial reporting purposes, often in the context of a purchase/sale, the issuance of equity to employees and impairment testing. Many of our engagements are tax-driven (409A and valuations for gifting) as well as in the litigation-support arena.
Sean has over 20 years of experience in the valuation field. Prior to CFGI, Sean led the Valuation Practice at Pine Hill Group, which was acquired by CFGI in 2019. Prior to joining Pine Hill in 2014, Sean spent 6+ years as a Director with CBIZ, Inc., following 3+ years with another national firm and 2+ years with a local financial advisory firm. Sean began his career providing valuation services for 5 years out of the Philadelphia office of Arthur Andersen, LLP.
