Tracy Dopko is an ASA Senior Accredited member, specializing in equine, livestock, farm equipment, and agricultural assets. Since 1998, she has been retained worldwide to appraise high-value agricultural and animal assets, including some of North America's most recognized Holstein, Angus, and Jersey cattle, as well as elite jumper and dressage horses throughout North America and Europe.

An internationally recognized equine and livestock appraiser, Tracy serves as an expert witness, litigation consultant, and private investigator specializing in equine and livestock matters. She has been qualified as an expert witness in both Canadian and United States courts and is regularly retained by attorneys, insurance companies, financial institutions, government agencies, estates, corporations, and private clients. Her experience includes multimillion-dollar estate settlements, insurance claims, tax audits, partnership disputes, divorce litigation, and valuations involving large-scale equine, dairy, beef, hog, and poultry operations. She also works closely with major insurance companies throughout Canada and the United States on livestock mortality claims, fraud investigations, and complex loss assessments.

Tracy is widely regarded as one of the profession's leading authorities on the valuation of rare, obscure, and exotic animals. Her appraisal experience includes breeding and show dogs and cats, animal actors for film and television, and wild, exotic, endangered, terrestrial, and marine species for private zoos, aquariums, wildlife sanctuaries, conservation organizations, and non-profit institutions throughout North America. She also serves as a livestock, game, marine, zoo, and endangered animal appraiser for the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA-APHIS). In addition to live animals, Tracy appraises equine tack, horse trailers, veterinary and rehabilitation equipment, agricultural machinery, business assets, and agricultural enterprises, providing clients with comprehensive valuation services across the agricultural industry.

Tracy is a member of the International Society of Appraisers' (ISA) Private Client Services group—an exclusive designation reserved for approximately five percent of ISA members who specialize in serving high-net-worth individuals and their advisors. Historically composed almost entirely of fine art, jewelry, and antiques specialists, Tracy became the first equine appraiser admitted to the program. Her private clients include Olympic and Grand Prix riders and owners, celebrities, prominent investors, British royalty, and members of the Forbes billionaire list.

Known for meticulous research, defensible valuation methodology, and exceptional attention to detail, Tracy's appraisal reports are relied upon in complex litigation, insurance claims, tax matters, estate planning, and high-value transactions. Her opinions have helped clients recover and protect millions of dollars in disputed assets. Combined with decades of agricultural expertise and courtroom experience, Tracy provides the credibility, independence, and technical knowledge required when the stakes are highest.
