Steve Doughty, ASA is an independent Accredited Senior Appraiser and has earned the designation of a Numismatic Scholar from the American Numismatic Association (ANA). Steve has worked as an appraiser for over 20 years. Steve specializes in the appraising of rare coins and paper money, as well as modern, vintage, and antique watches and pocket watches. He specializes in appraisal services for estate tax calculation, estate and financial planning, insurance valuation, loss claims, equitable distribution, charitable donations, litigation, and divorce. He also undertakes litigation consulting and expert witness assignments. Steve is a member in good standing with the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
