John Iacobucci is a Manager in Bennett Thrasher’s Disputes, Valuation & Forensics practice. He performs valuations of businesses and business interests for estate and tax planning, financial reporting, transaction advisory and litigation matters. John also has experience performing valuations for companies with complex capital structures under section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code. His industry experience includes manufacturing and distribution, technology and healthcare.
John is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers.
