For example, we can conduct Retrospective Valuation Appraisals to determine a vehicle’s value at any time in the past including establishing its value immediately before as well as any time after being collision damaged. We can also apply Hypothetical Conditions to the assignment for Diminished Value Insurance Claims, including calculating the subsequent loss in value between the vehicle's current value with its hypothetical value based on the assumption that the vehicle had never been damaged in the first place. Lance is acknowledged, recognised and accepted as an expert witness by the Australian Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts and has extensive experience giving expert witness testimony.
