Peter is a Certified Public Accountant with an Accreditation in Business Valuation and a Certification in Financial Forensics. He is also is certified by the American Society of Appraisers as an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation. Peter is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. He has over 15 years of experience in financial consulting, public accounting, and financial services and specializes in valuations of closely held companies and litigation consulting. Peter conducts business valuation services for purposes of mergers and acquisitions; estate, gift, and income taxes; litigation and shareholder disputes; employee stock ownership plans; reorganizations; marital dissolution; buy/sell agreements; and financial reporting, purchase price allocation, and goodwill impairment. He performs litigation consulting services including economic damages and lost profits calculations, analysis of opposing experts’ reports, forensic accounting investigations, and research of relevant macroeconomic and industry factors.
Peter has extensive knowledge in areas of finance and accounting including valuation, financial review and analysis, the audit process, financial reporting, and taxation.
