Ms. Teal is the Managing Director of the Valuation, Forensic, & Litigation service group at Teal Consulting Group. She has over 25 years of accounting experience, including practical experience in private accounting in the not for profit and manufacturing industries.
Ms. Teal’s last 20 years have been in the public accounting arena, preparing business valuations for closely held businesses related to SBA Loans, marital dissolution, gift and estate tax, transactional, and planning engagements. She also has experience in providing due diligence analysis assisting Sellers and Buyers.
In addition, Ms. Teal has experience in identifying fraud and performing forensic investigations related to litigation. Her forensic skills have been utilized in litigation cases for marital dissolution, partnership dissolution, internal fraud, and insurance claims.
