I am a principal in the Boston office of EY’s Corporate Finance practice, specializing in matters related to valuation, business modelling and economics. I have over a decade of consulting experience assisting clients with corporate finance and valuation matters, including capital allocation, portfolio review and strategic alternatives analyses in addition to significant experience in the valuation of business enterprises, legal entities, equity and debt interests, and intangible assets for a variety of purposes including strategic decision support and financial / tax reporting. I specialize in the technology and consumer products sectors where I advise clients on corporate finance and valuation matters across the capital life-cycle, but also have broad experience across a number of industries.
