— Ivan has over 7 years of experience in equity and real estate valuations, fixed assets appraisals, financial modeling, due diligence analysis, restructuring projects etc.
— Experience in valuation engagements encompasses equity valuations for domestic and multinational companies as well as companies listed on stock exchanges. 
— Experience in preparing PPA reports, preparing business plans creation, M&A projects and restructurings, for some of the largest companies in the region.
— Ivan also has significant experience in reviewing and conducting a large number of Real Estate valuations for the purpose of financial reporting in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS) and for other purposes.
— Ivan has worked with clients from a number of different industries, with somewhat larger exposure to Energy, Chemicals and Consumer goods industries.
