Summary of Experience
Stephanie Johnson is a Senior Associate in RSM’s Mclean, Virginia Office where she is a member of the Valuation Services group. Stephanie provides comprehensive business valuations for a variety of purposes including strategic planning, sale or IPO, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting (ASC 718, 805, 350), tax compliance (409A), and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).
Since joining RSM in 2013, Stephanie has worked with clients in several industries including financial services, distribution, technology, private equity, government contracting, and manufacturing. In addition, Stephanie has developed course content and delivered continuing professional education courses relating to business valuation fundamentals and equity allocation methodologies. Stephanie specializes in early stage company valuation, the financial services industry, and equity allocation for complex capital structures.
Prior to joining the Valuation Services team, Stephanie interned in RSM’s Risk Advisory Services practice and assisted in conducting internal audits for clients in the education and banking industries. Prior to joining RSM, Stephanie served as a purchasing assistant and accounts payable assistant at E-J Enterprises, an aluminum and stainless steel distributor in Glen Burnie, Maryland, for four years.
