Michael Cunningham is ASA-designated in Business Valuation. He was a business appraiser for over a decade, at Philadelphia regional business valuation firms. He appraises businesses of all kinds including consulting and general contracting firms, manufacturers, restaurants and nonprofits.
Mr. Cunningham is also a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He primarily appraises commercial property in the Philadelphia Metropolitan region. Michael has performed appraisals of all types of real property including retail, office, industrial, multi-family and mixed-use as well as special purpose properties. Real Property appraisals are performed for lending collateral, legal and estate planning and insurance purposes.
He has a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania and holds an M.B.A. in International Business from Temple University.
